Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) is a rheumatic disease characterized by pain and stiffness in the shoulder and hip region of people over 50 years old. The disease causes pain and stiffness in shoulders and hip movements especially in the morning when they are over 50 years old. In addition, other joints can also be painful. Especially in the neck, shoulders and hip regions, the bursa is watching the inflatable pads. The cause is an unknown rheumatic disease. It is more common in women.

There is no definite assay for PMR diagnosis. All signs and symptoms need to be assessed in bricks. PMR is one of the treatable rheumatic diseases. Although there is a chance of recurrence, the chances of success are high. Cure is provided by anti-inflammatory rheumatoid medications given daily in a sufficient amount in the treatment.
